i adored the spacious room, SUCH a lovely detail. it was perfect for remote work, offering a amazing sunset view each evening. the restaurant offered an extensive array of delicious food, including a good breakfast buffet. the staff, from reception to the restaurant, were attentive and catered to my every need.
I did have to request items a few times. the team always accommodated me.

The hotel features a business center. It has a printer and a mac for business needs. cleanliness throughout the hotel was perfect, and the room was kept tidy daily. amenities included a spacious balcony, perfect for relaxation.

Breakfast offered diverse options, ranging from asian to european cuisine. the restaurant provided tasty food and a comfortable setting. asheni and karim offered friendly, helpful service in the breakfast area. It was a DELIGHT.

the hotel is situated in a community with convenient access to a supermarket. the area features a mall, shops, a park, and a mosque within easy reach. DESPITE being a bit removed, it suited my requirements wonderfully.

The gym has a treadmill.. i used it along with other equipment. The breakfast buffet offered good variety. My room included a balcony. Sitting there was quite relaxing.
Housekeeping sometimes forgot to replenish the body wash, but they did so promptly upon request.

the room was clean and spacious the kid's pool depth was perfect for young children providing a safe environment
i experienced loud noises from the adjacent room late at night i found it difficult to sleep the reception staff were unwelcoming and not particularly professional i requested a high floor but was initially offered a room on the second floor only after objecting was i given a room on the sixth floor

The breakfast was GOOD. Plenty of choice was available, and eggs were cooked just as I wanted. The staff always smiled and checked in with basic needs. The view from my room on the 11th floor was GREAT.
The bathroom was small for ME. The pool was very windy and didn't have sun in the early afternoon. The green Thai curry had very little chicken, only two pieces were there. This was disappointing because the sauce was excellent.

My room had great amenities. A waterpark resort access was included, I am charmed. The breakfast was very sumptuous too. The bed was clean and pillows were comfortable. The shower's cleanliness charmed me. Its finishing was excellent, something many hotels often lack. I will definitely repeat this experience!
This was slightly noisy, specially during sleeping hours, so I suggest soundproofing well.

Breakfast included many options. The breakfast was sumptuous. I enjoyed a variety of dishes. The restaurant provided a very comfortable space. The food was very delicious too.

The service was efficient, I acknowledge. The staff was friendly. The staff was supportive and kind. House keeping personnel worked well. The reception's personnel was also very good too.
